Are you a local company or a national firm?
- Stl Drainage Systems is a locally owned and operated drainage solutions company. We are based in Saint Louis, MO and are local residents of the area.
Do you install rain gutters?
- No we do not. We leave that up to the professionals. We do work with several rain gutter contractors that we recommend. Stl Drainage Systems is concerned with what happens to the waters once it is collected and makes it to the ground. Our job as a professional drainage solutions company is to figure out the best way to manage the storm water for our commercial and residential clients.
Is your work guaranteed?
- Yes, we guarantee our workmanship & materials. However, we cannot guarantee against natural disaster such as catastrophic flooding, our contracts will reflect installation mistakes or errors will be corrected by us but in the event of extreme flooding or excessive rain we will not be held responsible.
Do charge for an on-site consultation?
- If there is considerable investigation including reports for the purpose of insurance claims, purchasing a new property or large scale plans are needed than the fee will be quoted prior to scheduling a consultation. In all cases at least half the consultation fee is credited to any work we are contracted for.
What does a complete consultation include?
- Our complete consultation will include an onsite meeting, measurements; a basic drainage remediation plan will be developed. We will email or deliver estimate along with a proposal to complete the project.
Who will be supervising my project?
- We are an owner operated drainage solutions company. That means the owner will actually be meeting with you; plan and oversee your project from conception to completion.
Q: How much will a Residential Drainage system cost?
- All of our drainage systems are customized to your landscape or parking lot needs. Cost will vary depending on the proposed drainage issues. Drainage systems can cost several thousand dollars. Installing underground drainage systems is extremely labor intensive. Most of our trenching must be hand dug for most residential situations where bringing large earth moving & trenching equipment in is not an option. A majority of our trenching requires working carefully around existing landscape, gas lines, irrigation, electrical lines, pool lines, plumbing, lawns, concrete decks and other obstacles. Other factors include long pipe runs where our trenches reach 2 to 3 feet deep & 6″ wide to facilitate gravity flow.
Is Stl Drainage Systems properly insured and licensed?
- Yes, we are properly insured and licensed to perform landscape and parking lot drainage service in St. Louis, MO and we will be happy to provide proof during our first consultation. We must carry insurance to protect the property owner from any liability.
